The Denver Metro Real Estate Market continues to out perform. Low inventory of homes for sale continues to drive the market. Bidding wars with escalating prices is common in the market particularly with homes priced under $500,000. 2018 is on track to be the fifth consecutive year of double digit appreciation. If history is any indication this Spring will be an excellent time to sell.
